Safe to manufacture, own and operate

In manufacturing Junttan machinery, we make sure that every detail is tuned to perfection. Using advanced processes to create advanced piling solutions, there is simply no room for mistakes.

During the manufacturing process, we carry out various inspection methods to ensure the machine is able to perform flawlessly even in the most demanding conditions. For example, stability is calculated for each machine already in the preliminary offer, then tested with various measurements during final planning and production. The same goes for rigidity, with specialized engineers monitoring it from all critical places.

Advanced methods developed by Junttan (such as iPiler) ensure safe operations with minimal human presence close to the actual piling. In designing the operation interface of the machines, we make every effort to simulate and eliminate all possible errors the user may make. Thorough training for every new operator also aim for increased safety and minimal amount of risk.

The quality of the machine is monitored throughout the manufacturing process, and close attention is paid to safety and reliability while choosing the components. Every Junttan subcontractor is being continuously monitored and regularly audited to ensure the highest possible quality.

As a result, Junttan machines are able to meet the latest standards and directives of modern machine manufacturing. These include the piling machinery standards EN791 and EN966.
