On the other hand, his experience has been important in Junttan’s development work and in maintaining the position as one of the industry’s leading companies.
Currently, Aimo works with a team whose main responsibility is the hammer. He finds the development work both interesting and motivating – after all, he gets to deal with the world’s leading hammer on a daily basis, contributing to its development into an even more superior product that can help Junttan’s customers to carry out their projects even more efficiently. Skills and experience are important, but Aimo emphasizes the team spirit that often is the vital ingredient in discovering the biggest breakthroughs.
