The great group of people Natalia got to know while working at Junttan for the summer of 2003 was – along with quality products and global market area – playing a significant role when she decided to apply for a permanent position. She started as a sales assistant in 2004 and moved on to spare parts sales four years later.
Working with spare parts can often be challenging and hectic, but Natalia also finds in rewarding to be able to provide state-of-the-art service to customers and see how seamless collaboration with production and other Junttan departments can result in great achievements. Making offers, supporting the dealers and ensuring that regional objectives are met are all included in Natalia’s day at work, but seeing the actual results and getting the customer’s operations back on track is what motivates her the most. The team spirit is essential in meeting the sometimes demanding deadlines, but in Natalia’s opinion, positive attitude and determination can get you surprisingly far.
