New Generation Multipurpose Piling Rigs and Offshore Hydraulic Hammers from Junttan in Bauma 2016

Junttan MPx series, the new Junttan multipurpose piling rig, will be launched in Bauma 2016. The introductory MPx model is the MPx90. This multifunctional piling rig is designed for different work methods including Kelly, CFA, displacement, driven cast-in situ, and driven pile work done with a Junttan hydraulic hammer.

The new Junttan MPx series rigs have a completely new design and features which Junttan has developed in close co-operation with customers from different markets. Productivity and safety of operation have been key features in developing these new generation rigs.

The Junttan-designed, purpose-built piling rig undercarriage ensures upmost stability for the rig. Special attention has been paid to the mobilisation and easiness of transportation of the MPx rigs. The rigs can be transported with a leader, which can be folded to diminish the transport length. The specially designed undercarriage comes with tracks that are easy to dismantle for restricted transportation conditions.

Junttan HHx series, the new generation offshore hydraulic hammers for tough conditions are especially designed to drive steel piles. The new level of total efficiency of the HHx hammer leads to a high level of piling project productivity. The HHx series hammers are also designed to drive concrete piles. Reliability and easiness of on-site service are an important part of the HHx hammers. The robust, totally new structural design of the HHx series hammers ensure that the hammer can be operated with full capacity at all times in the toughest conditions. The HHx series hammers are operated with the new generation Junttan XCU Power packs and with Tier 4 final engines. The XCU series power packs are scalable for different climates.

The Junttan X series pile driving rigs, suitable for varying customer needs, are showcased in Bauma 2016. The heavy-duty piling work customers can now find two new Junttan models, PMx27 and PMx28. Both models consist of a totally new design layout of components.  For the midsize class, Junttan offers models for cases where some heavy inclinations are required. Junttan PMx25 is designed to provide the customers extra capacities for inclined piles. All Junttan X series rigs can also be equipped with a GPS positioning system and a Junttan HPD (hammer pull-down) system.

Junttan also offers for all the rigs new Junttan Life services to guarantee the most uptime for the Junttan equipment. Junttan Life Portal features e.g. fleet management, online access to manuals, remote service as well as trouble shooting. With the Junttan fleet management you can follow in real time your Junttan equipment’s productivity, fuel consumption, condition, and location.
