Deep stabilization machines

Junttan deep stabilization machines are used for consolidating soft ground – the objective is always to produce a highly stable ground mass from the previously unstable material. Columns, groups of columns, or walls are formed at the desired depth by mixing in-situ material with one or several binding agents and fillers. Lime, fly ash, gypsum and cement can all be used as binding agents, depending on the soil type and application method.
