We are seeking a customer-focused SERVICE MANAGER to join our US team.
We are searching Service Manager with experience providing on-site service support to the heavy equipment industry. Experience with ground engineering professionals and contractors IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!
Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Manager will provide on-site technical support for our client’s industry leading pile driving equipment and related machinery. This role will focus on providing technical support and assistance to owners, operators, and service technicians using our client’s equipment.
Building on our client’s existing customer relationships, the successful hire will endeavor to provide a highly responsive service that ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business are achieved. This position will also have responsibility for the organization and accurate inventory control of spare parts and accessories to support our client’s aggressive growth goals in the US.
